Purchased this product and received it the beginning of April. Opened it up installed it and immediately did not work. Got the repairman out their about a week later and he said that the water pressure was on too high and broke something. Waited for the part for two weeks and then got it installed... I had an Equator for about 9 years before this and had to eventually replace a few parts but it worked great.
