This Greco Di Tufo has a fruity bouquet with apricot and peach notes. On the palate the wine is smooth, elegant, and full-bodied, with bright and intense mineral notes. Perfect as an aperitif or to be enjoyed with seafood and grilled fish dishes.

The Greco vine would now be extinct were it not for our patient rescue work which, as is well known, has been in constant progress since the end of World War II. Pale-medium gold reflections with a rich and powerfully aromatic nose of apricot, apple, peach and citrus fruits. On palate it is full bodied, soft and well balanced with excellent acidity. Grapes are harvested in early to mid-October. Immediately following harvest, grapes are de-stemmed and undergo a gentle press followed by cold settling at 57˚F for 24-48 hours. Fermented in stainless steel between 61 - 64˚F. No malolactic fermentation.
