Why did I wait so long to buy one?

Playing bridge one afternoon, the ladies were discussing what they were cooking for dinner that night. They are all blessed, still having their husbands to cook for, and, there I sat. If I can't cook something in the microwave oven or toaster oven, I... Read full review »

Cons Can make some tough burgers if you overcook!

I never thought about buying a George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine. I don't usually buy things that count on a celebrity to peddle them. I always have a feeling that the product isn't good enough to sell on it's own.

But, luckily, I received a George Foreman Lean Mean... Read full review »

I just moved into my boyfriend's house, and I have never cooked a hamburger in my life. Before I was always scared to cook meat because I wasn't sure if it was done or not. Last night I used the George Foreman GR10ABW Indoor Grill for the very first time.

Pros low fat cooking, fast cooking, neat looking, juicy meats
Cons Some food don't cook as well-veggies in sauce, boned meats; needs auto shut off
Recommended it? Yes

I bought this machine because I saw it demonstrated at Fortunoff's in the Woodbridge Mall in NJ. The beef the demonstrator cooked was so juicy that I went back three times for samples. The least I could do was buy the machine, I thought. So, I did & I love it. The store ran a special & it cost me... Read full review »

Pros Easy fast cooking
Cons Can dry out low-fat meats.
Recommended it? Yes

I usually steer clear of gadgets and thought I didn't need this machine until I tried using one at my parent's home a year ago. I immediately went out and bought my own. It does a fantastic job on hamburgers and chicken, and very well on beef and pork steaks. Since all excess fat drains out into a... Read full review »

Remember seeing those advertisements for the sandwich makers? Well this is the next generation. Same principal, many improvements. I remember growing up thinking those "pocket sandwich" makers were *so* neat. Not that my parents ever bought one, but I wished for one all the time.

Now it's... Read full review »

My boys cook with the George Foreman grill, and that's a good thing. They didn't really take to the oven though can cook a few things, but the George Foreman is another story. They do like the Foreman and use it every couple of days. They aren't so big on cleaning the indoor grill – sadly.
