Great product - spins fine if you learn how to load it
After our Kenmore Elite top loader failed after just 6 years we decided on this GE Profile front loader as a replacement. horrible machine - stay away
I bought the GE Profile matching front load washer and dryer, in March 2009, based on my experience with GE Profile with my other GE Profile. Man was it a waste of $1200. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT
I purchased this model in October 2008. I was excited about the HUGE capacity (my husband is 6'4"). What a waste of money. The washer has a severe balancing issue and cannot handle the large loads as it claims. The wash load will go for an hour and a half to 2 hours and the clothes will still... Read full review »
