Fixing Your Dead Advantium
My wife loves our Advantium, but it failed like many others described in this forum... complete shutdown at about 1.5 years of light use... no pun intended!

Great product, but worst customer service!
My summary of this product, so far, is that if you're lucky enough to have a unit that properly works all the time, it's terrific and I highly recommend it. HOWEVER, if you're not this lucky, like us, then I'm not sure that the benefits of this product are worth the hassle of the very poor customer... Read full review »
I'll miss it
Gave us 14 months of trouble-free use - great microwave/convection stove and more UNTIL last week when I was baking fish at 450 degrees, five minutes - total failure, no lights, no beeps, nothing, nada. Door Handle!!!
Like previous review, the door handle on our Advantium oven has broken. It breaks like clockwork every 6 months or so. In fact it has broken four different times, necessitating that the entire door be replaced. Given our family's usage pattern we probably use the oven at the most, 6 times per day... Ease up
I have owned this product for almost 5 years and the only problem that I have encountered (with a family of 6) is that the transistor made some noise, which was promptly replaced. I love and will definitely own another. I wish I could get the 260 version! Read full review »
Not all features are created equally
Convergence products are those cool ideas that blend two or three functions in one unit. We purchased the Advantium 120 Microwave in November of 2003. Thoroughly enjoyed the unit until December of 2004. At which time the unit appeared to have lost power and would not work.
