Run exhaust fan to prevent the overheating issue
We had our's die within first week due to the overheating issue. After the usual 3 techs etc. got one who knew what he was doing. He suggested simply running the exhaust fan when using the oven. We've done that and have not had the unit overheat now in over 1.5 years.

Worked Great - for a month
We have had our advantium 120 for a year and a half and have had similar problems as others have described. The unit cooks well when it is working. I have found it very difficult to clean inside. I have read a few of these reviews and know a friend who has had similar problems with this unit. We have not had too much trouble BUT - now the internal light is out. The owner's manual does not even address this issue.

We have the convection/micro unit and our third bulb just blew. We just bought the GE service contract, as we do not trust this unit. Have had it just over a year. Fixing Your Dead Advantium

Ease up
I have owned this product for almost 5 years and the only problem that I have encountered (with a family of 6) is that the transistor made some noise, which was promptly replaced. I love and will definitely own another. I wish I could get the 260 version! Read full review »
