Fixing Your Dead Advantium
My wife loves our Advantium, but it failed like many others described in this forum... complete shutdown at about 1.5 years of light use... no pun intended!

Great product, but worst customer service!
My summary of this product, so far, is that if you're lucky enough to have a unit that properly works all the time, it's terrific and I highly recommend it. HOWEVER, if you're not this lucky, like us, then I'm not sure that the benefits of this product are worth the hassle of the very poor customer... Read full review »
I'll miss it
Gave us 14 months of trouble-free use - great microwave/convection stove and more UNTIL last week when I was baking fish at 450 degrees, five minutes - total failure, no lights, no beeps, nothing, nada.
