Why I purchased my Garmin GPS 18 unit
Purchased my Garmin 18 a few months ago through Walmart.com. Got a better deal than even on Ebay! I love it. Why buy expensive unit that only does GPS? Either use your laptop, or buy one, and use this Gps 18. Antenna plugs into USB port, and with "voice", it guides you to wherever you wish. Great... Read full review »
Good GPS. Don't buy it
If you are thinking of buying this to save money over other car GPS units, you should reconsider for two main reasons.
First, it is unsafe. You will probably put your laptop on the passenger seat or between the front seats if you have the room. You can't mount it anywhere on the dash...

good to have for delivery job or service tech.
very accuracy turn by turn, even street signs was missing
or dark at nignt can't see the number or sign.but some times off within 100 ft., have to look for house numbers.
