extremely disappointing!
I can't believe GE would even label this oven with their Monogram label. Poor heating, poor cooking, temperature control. So sorry I got these!
These ovens are really bad! I have had mine 5 years, but had the thermostat replaced 2 times in the first 18 months. I don't use the convection feature, as it is so loud that I can't stand it. They take forever to preheat and no matter how often I calibrate them, they are always "off".

Very Noisy Fan. Stays ON even after you turn oven off!
Do NOT, I repeat, Do not buy a Monogram oven. The 30" double oven we purchased (ZET958) is NOISY. That is, the fan is noisy, regardless of whether you're running "bake" or "convection bake" mode. Very poorly designed unit
This is the worst major appliance I have ever owned. And this is the SECOND unit (they replaced the first after the same problem caused a frayed wire and actually created sparks!)
