Incredible find
The wife and I were looking at a lesser expensive model in the GE line, the 5500 Series Triton, for at least a month when we came upon this treasure. They changed the model and now it stinks!
I got to choose the dishwasher for the house we were renting and I bought this model and I loved it. We like it but required service visits
What we like:
This dishwasher has a sanitize feature and cleans dishes well. You do need to pre-rinse, and soak dishes with hardened or baked-on food, but dishes with few exceptions come out shiny and clean if we do this.

Poor Cleaning - Major Manufacturer Problem
We did a complete remodel and went with all GE Profile Stainless in Kitchen. Replaced a 10 year old Whirlpool which cleaned fine for it's age.
We've had service out three times, during our first month for the same problem. Wash cycles are not filling with enough water to properly wash dishes...

Don't buy this, unreliable model
I had this expensive dishwasher for 2 years. Very quiet and ran well for this time. I thought I was purchasing a top of the line expecting at least a few good years of performance. How wrong I was!
