working fine, no problems
We researched the latest models last spring. The GE 1860 was very highly rated by a consumer magazine.
We discovered that Sears carries GE model JES1855 which seems to be identical to the JE1860. The Sears JES1855 price was considerably lower than all the JE1860s we could find online...

This new microwave does it all, but with smaller and weaker parts
In trying to replace our old GE microwave, we ended up at Sears, and had to order one. We just picked it up yesterday and right away we noticed some of the features had changed. Some for the good, others are debatable.
