this lasted less than 12 months.
and the help from GE was a JOKE. 5 people contacted, 5 different answers as to how to cover it under warranty. Yes, it is under warranty but GE wasn't going to do much to honor it. My JES1456 quit after about 16 months
I bought it in the Spring of 2007 at Home Depot. Like the other reviewer says, it seems to be working normally but just doesn't warm food anymore.
