Defective Equipment with terrible service

Dead battery out of the box
Purchased phone at Walmart 2 days ago. Installed battery pack and let it charge in cradle for 24 hours. One of the handsets never came on. Firmware Bug
After exchanging a defective unit for a new one I discovered there was a firmware error in the phones which is repeatable.
