Frigidaire PLRU1778ES Stainless Steel Refrigerator: RUN AWAY FROM THIS REFRIGERATOR!
While the Frigidaire PLRU1778ES Stainless Steel Refrigerator has a nice stainless steel door, the door handle comes off unless you tighten it on a continuous basis and even when you tighten the handle; it is always a little loose. You can't tighten it all the way. It's the poor design.

DISAPPOINTED IN FRIGIDAIRE!!
The concept is great, but materials used and design are substandard! The bottom door shelf broke. When the technician came to repair it, he said it was the only fridge he's seen that doesn't have insulation between the door and the insert. That causes it to be too weak to hold the 4 gallons... The perfect solution for a fair price
The full side-by-side refrigerator and freezer are perfect when you don't have the extra room or garage for a freezer, or, in our case, we got tired of going to the laundry room for freezer items. Horrible Horrible Product
I purchased the separate refrigerator and separate freezer two years ago when I remodeled my kitchen. I had my cabinets custom built to accomodate their unusual size. This Fridge is Terrible
The defrost circuit on mine is not working. It was fixed under warranty then broke soon after the warranty expired. I have rigged it up to a switch to force the defrost.
