Cheap and definitely works like it!

save your money and get a better seat
The Evenflo Discovery seat is quite possibly one of the worst infant carseat carriers I have ever used or installed. The only nice thing about this seat is the style of the handle..the angle/Z-shape of the handle makes it a bit less awkward to carry. The harness straps are a pain to adjust, its... It works but outgrew very fast
I love the Evenflo convertible carseats so I bought the infant seat for my new baby because it was much cheaper than other brands.
