This Is One Steamer That Doesn't Suck Enough.
Nice try Sears but you fall just a little short on this one. My wife and I are always in the market for a floor cleaner that actually does the perfect job. Good, but not great
I was somewhat impressed with this mop...it does a great job of cleaning my kitchen floor, but the steam didn't last very long, and it left my floor wet for quite a while. I am happy with it!
I have been satisfide with this product! I purchased this one instead of the really popular models(Shark,haan ect...) because it gets to the hottest steam temp than the others, I want to kill the germs on the floor, not just warm them up:) It does not get under my counters but I am ok with that!... My tile and wood floors are so clean and santitized!
I bought a used one from Amazon for about $69. It had actually been sent back from someone else because of a problem with it. It was fixed and was the one I got.

Not happy!
We were not pleased with the steamer. It was expensive and broke easily. We repaired the handle once and the steam injection hose/unit twice before giving up. Parts were not available locally and hard to come by. Read full review »
