Will never buy another Euro-Pro product again

I have had my Black & Decker toaster oven for over 20 years and it looks and works great. I bought the Euro-pro Convection oven for light use in the office and it fell apart in less than a year. We bought this with high hopes and after less than one year has died. Granted - we do use our toaster oven a bunch - but this one never really worked well.
