Customer Service will try to "rip you off"
The Shark Steam Mop is easy to assemble, light weight and easy to use. It takes up very little space, so storage is not a problem. My steam mop only worked 2 times and then quit. Pretty good!
The problem: I have unsealed ceramic tile floors and very light grout. I also have two dogs, and two year old twins. The girls make messes, the dogs lick them up. Better than the old stand by
No matter what hands down any steam mop is better than the old stand by. Here is the nitty gritty on the shark from me.
