Doesn't Suck...
We got the Shark Steam Mop for free with the purchase of our Navigator Vacuum (read my review, love it!). Truth be told I have been very happy with our Hoover Floormate and was not seeking an alternative. I did use the Shark Steam mop any way because, hey why not it was free!

Euro-Pro Shark Steam gun is great way to clean!

Little Work Horse But Don't Expect As Seen On TV Results
Let's get the most important question out of the way right off. Will it do everything they say it can do on the TV commercials? NO. One great environmentally friendly family cleaner

Fun to use at first, but I never use it anymore.
One of those little gimmicky things that you end up putting away because it's just easier to wipe or scrub it with a paper towel.
