Good Starter Machine
This was purchased for me as a gift and I haven't used a machine since I was very young so I don't have much to compare to, but I think this is a fairly easy machine to use. Great Machine!
I really like this sewing machine, it is a bit heavy but it works really well and has a ton of different stitches you can choose from. This is a great beginner machine. Great value for the price!

Run away, run away
Run away from anything labeled "Euro Pro"
The machine will eventually need servicing and good luck contacting Euro Pro. Go to any sewing repair center and they will tell you to stay away. One guy told me that the parts are nearly impossible to get a hold of.
