Pros Good suction, great features, easy to use and clean
Cons Takes a while to dry... Short cord
Recommended it? Yes

I began looking for a new vacuum cleaner this last fall. My Hoover Wind Tunnel was just not doing a very good job any more. I had gotten to the point where I was kind of fed up with bag less and was considering looking for a vacuum that used good old fashioned bags. That was when I spotted the... Read full review »

Very Disappointed!

Pros Looks nice
Cons Suction is a joke. Too many filters/parts to check when problem light comes on.
Recommended it? No

I bought this at Costco as an alternative to spending $500+ on a Dyson. Big Mistake! At first I was very happy with it. It was good looking and quieter than my old Hoover. But after about 8 uses the red light started flashing.

I whipped out the instructions and started troubleshooting... Read full review »

Very happy

Pros It is much cheaper than a Dyson.
Cons The power cord hangs a bit low on the unit so it sometimes drags.
Recommended it? Yes

The Infinity is the 4th vacuum we bought in the last 5 or 6 years. The others are sitting in the basement, either broken or can't really do the job properly. The Infinity caught my attention because of the no reduction in suction. My other bagless vacuums all lose suction unless the filter is... Read full review »

doesn't stand up over the long haul

Pros good suction, good telescoping wand, easy though messy to empty
Cons not sturdy enough to stand up to much use
Recommended it? No

We have hardwood floors, 2 cats and 1 very hairy dog so we needed a vacuum that would pick up pet hair and dust. We wanted one that we didn't need to buy filters for also having had that overpriced hassle with our last vacuum. The suction on the Infinity was and is good, it picks up dust and hair... LOVE TO VACUUM

Pros Ease of use on carpet and bare surfaces & ease of cleaning when canister full
Cons frequent emptying... probably, still picking up old vacuum left in my carpet from years...
Recommended it? Yes

Great looking exterior which design is very important in my life since that is what I do for a living. It looks like it should be left sitting on display rather than in the closet! The extending handle is a definite plus as I do not like standing on top the furniture to dust the ceiling fans. The... Read full review »

It Sucks Alright

Pros Learned that India has several dialects, and that you can still be incompetent w/a PHD.
Cons Suck up those tears of frustration & your vacuum will sound like a leaf blower.
Recommended it? No

At first this vacuum is great. You are amazed at the amount of crap that you pull out of your rugs, and even how clean the air smells after you use it. I even thought that the carpets felt softer. I have had this machine for just over 2 months and am now desperately trying to find a way to return... Read full review »

Pros Concept of a cheaper "Dyson" type vacuum No bags
Cons Cord location very dangerous - need to hold continuously to avoid getting caught in...
Recommended it? No

I purchased this at Costco today - thinking it would be a cheaper option than the Dyson while we build a new home that will have a central vacuum system.

Oh my what a mistake I made!

The #1 problem is the power cord location - I used the bare floor attachment at first and so... Read full review »

Pros Hepa = fresh air. Value for Dollars. Fab suction.
Cons While stretching long hose, machine tips. A little heavy on stairs and big jobs.
Recommended it? Yes

Oh my gosh, my carpets must have been filthy! My previous Hoover (bag) upright, years later followed by an Electrolux (bag) canister, couldn't have been doing their jobs. The amount of pet hair and dust (and sand) that I empty from the Infinity dust container is phenomenal (and I pride myself on a... Read full review »

Pros Cleans well when it works
Cons Requires constant maintenance to keep it working
Recommended it? No

Take it back while you still can!

We have had this vac for 6 months, WHEN it works, it works well. All I can say is thank god for duct tape. The handle cracked about a 2 months ago, poor design, cracked at a drilled hole, repaired with duct tape. The wand release broke off today, the wand... Read full review »

I hate this machine!

Pros Some design features are nice - telescoping handle, longer than usual hose.
Cons WON'T PICK UP DIRT. That's enough bad for me.
Recommended it? No

Bought this in a hurry as my old Hoover died and I was expecting weekend company. What a mistake. I've had it a couple of months now and it's worthless, the worst machine I've ever had - at 59 yrs old, I've had a few, too.

This machine barely picks anything up. I have to go over and over... Read full review »
