Piece of crap
I bought this iron thinking it would last. Turns out it is just a piece of junk. It started oozing a brown liquid after the first few uses (yes I did the self-cleaning thing before first use) and ruined clothing. Then it stopped heating up all together. Took mine back....Twice
I had trouble with this iron leaking a black gooey substance onto the sole plate. Some of it would rub off but some stayed in the depressions. EURO TRASH
Similar to other reviewers, this iron randomly switches to a lower temperature. I have noticed that if I invert the iron and press the indicator button, I can increase the temperature. Stay away from this iron
This iron does not leak, still generates plenty of steam, and does basic ironing tasks well after 9 months. So why can't I recommend it? I think it is unsafe!

HORRIBLE IRONS!!!
Everything written is 100% true. When this iron works, it is the greatest iron ever. A true joy to use.
But good luck getting it to work. It turns off randomly while ironing. And after 1 year of use, the water element broke...and it now water just flows through the thing.

Too complex to function properly
