Thermostat Problem
Without any forewarning the iron got extremely hot and burned a hole through the dress that was being ironed. I question the safety of an iron in which the thermostat doesn't work well. Read full review »

Not a good iron.
Apparently we have the same experience as everyone else. Paid extra for what we thought was a nicer iron. Now, after five months, it stopped working. worse iron I ever owned

It only looks good.
I wish I had read the other epinions before purchasing this product. It worked well while it lasted but it did not last long. The cord now has a short and the spray button has fallen off. My new rule is to never spend more than $19.99 plus tax for any iron.

Very poor durability
This irons works great... when it works.

Fancy looking outside, shoddy parts inside
Quite literally the only thing this iron has going for it is the 'fancy' stainless look and it's long cord. Even that doesn't last. It's sole plate scratches easily and gets a grungy dingy coating on it after a short time using it.
