Cheap and Poorly Made.
I have assembled/disassembled many appliances, computers etc. in my life, and this vacuum ranks with one of the most difficult to put together. Handbook is almost useless.
Vacuum attachments are supposed to attach to the cleaner, but they fall off on the slightest movement of the machine...

Pleasantly surprised
This vacuum was very reasonably priced, so I was expecting a flimsy machine, but not so--it is much sturdier than I had anticipated. Rated a best-buy and has HEPA filtering
This is our office vacuum; we have low pile office carpet but a lot of dust and paper fragments from the shredder. So we have to vacuum every day.
An upright makes so much sense for an office--no dragging around a cannister. The suction is excellent, which is typical for uprights as well...

Best vacuum I've ever owned.

Excellent vacuum for any dog owner! Affordable!
