WELL OKAY, I DON'T LIKE THE COLOR.
But that's about the worst thing I can say about these machines. Yes, the price is hefty, but that's partially offset by not having to buy bags or filters, and it actually does what I bought it for. This machine handles tile floors to high pile carpet with ease.
