Extremely Disappointed
I purchased my DC07 a few days ago and I couldn't be less happy about the results. I have a California shag in my family room and I can barely tell it's been vacuumed. Bought on today.......
Well.....I've had Hoovers for years.....but my carpet just didn't seem to be getting clean and with the new longer length carpet....it was very difficult to "push" across the carpet. Worked fine for awhile
I bought this vacuum 2 years ago and immediately had concerns about it. I wish that I would have returned it for something else. This vacuum is NOT good on area rugs! initially pleased, wouldn't buy another after 3.5 yrs

Cleans well...breaks often
I loved this vacuum when I bought it and told all my friends to get one. Now, I regret recommending the Dyson. Only lasted 1 year
