Her debut album, DON'T FORGET, is heavy on the power pop guitars and assertive tough-girl lyrics ("Gonna Get Caught"), although songs like the title track and "Believe In Me" are more traditional sugary teen-pop ballads. Lovato wrote several songs herself and in collaboration with members of the Jonas Brothers.

Pros Songs are energetic and emotion-packed. Lovato's talent is difficult to deny.
Cons Some of the tracks sound similar due to the Disney-pop constructed formula.
Recommended it? Yes

Demi Lovato's debut CD is a fun punch of Jonas Brothers-style pop with a dash of No Doubt rock. Throw in some guitars, catchy hooks, and lovestruck lyrics like, "You're a trainwreck but I wouldn't love you if you changed," and BAM - you've got Don't Forget.

Cons Though Demi has gone through quite the metamorphis, she does need some serious vocal...

Demi Lovato's CD Don't Froget is a collection of songs that, for a popstar, aren't actually that bad.It came out on September 23, 2008 in the United States by Hollywood Records and is actually not that bad. I would recomend this for Kelly Clarkson or Paramore fans.
