Great picture, but Dell service is lame

W3000 w/o DVI-HDCP capable
I recently purchased. It was packaged with Samsung HD841 DVD player. The connection for DVI cable on the TV is not capable of accepting HDCP feed. Sound but no picture
In the past several 6-8 months that when I unplug this unit for a weekend trip or vacation, it will not come on for about 24-36 hrs. As long as the unit stays plugged in there is no problem. Unplug it and sound but no picture.
