Don't get Burned!!
I mean literally. I bought the DeLonghi RO2058 about 10 months ago after doing what I thought was a pretty thorough investigation to find a replacement for our old Black and Decker under the cabinet toaster that had done us well for years, as a toaster, warmer.

dumps the food in your lap
the oven's inside side rails where the wire tray slides are designed incorrectly. each side rail (groove) is only on the front third and the back third. this allows the wire tray to tilt when you pull it out at the half way mark... and if it's something slick on the bottom like a plate - the plate... GREAT!
this toaster oven is very useful and big (it can fit a small pizza) and the quality is better than all the other ovens I've had. Never had to repair anything and all the regulations are working smooth and without problems.

stay away from this brand, DeLonghi
bought a delonghi and it didn't hold up. after 13 months of moderate use it quit working. A product in this price range and type should last 10 years or more.

Bought this against my better judgment...
When I was checking this out in the store, I kept sliding out the racks in disbelief, as they tilted forward and down. I just couldn't believe that this oven was manufactured with such a dangerous design flaw. And the racks are also much less sturdy than those in my old DeLonghi toaster/convection...
