Not Durable
My Dacor dcm24 is not even 3 years old and the turntable has not worked in about 2 of those years. It recently "died" on me as it will not heat microwave or convection oven. 5 year lifespan
I have a Dacor kitchen. My microwave went out after 5 years of use. Dacor wouldn't replace it and wouldn't even work on it. The Dacor rep eventually told me that 5 years is about how long a microwave will last and they could help me no further.

Great function, Terrible form
This microwave cooks great. The convection function is easy to use. With the push of just a couple of buttons, you can set it up to convection cook a meal. I know people who even bake in this oven. External workmanship
This product was purchased because of it's cooking features. The door and control panel at the top are offset by 1/8" which is not an attractive situation.
