Not Durable
My Dacor dcm24 is not even 3 years old and the turntable has not worked in about 2 of those years. It recently "died" on me as it will not heat microwave or convection oven. We are not hard on our appliance, I fear this repair will be a whopper or I'll have to buy a new one. Dacor does not live up... Read full review »
5 year lifespan
I have a Dacor kitchen. My microwave went out after 5 years of use. Dacor wouldn't replace it and wouldn't even work on it. The Dacor rep eventually told me that 5 years is about how long a microwave will last and they could help me no further.
