worthless junk
I have a DCS1000W network camera that stopped working about a year after I bought it. When I called Dlink about repair they said it was out of warranty (which I already knew) and that they had no repair facility. Wireless Spycam with acceptable price value relationship
This review covers the Dlink DCS-1000W Webcam. Note there is also the Dlink DCS-1000 Webcam out there, which is essentially the same unit excluding the wireless capability. Dlink also has just released the DCS-2000 and DCS-2100, which are about double the price.

Works great; bulky; no sound; requires add-on motion detector
I bought this wireless network webcam during a promotion in Dec 2003. The newer model (DCS-2100+) was just being released for $150 more. If you have a wireless network in your home and want to transmit live, streaming video over the Internet, this may be an interesting item for you. D-Link is no longer actively sellig/promoting it and you can find this on E-Bay for about $150

Interesting, but lousy images makes it a bad choice
Network cameras is a new product category that I like very much. My company uses them to remotely monitor server rooms and other equipment. I also use them at home. They connect directly to your IP network, and in this case, via an 802.11b wireless connection.
