Works for a non-mixed network

Pros Fanless. Seems sturdy enough.
Cons Won't work well for a mixed network.
Recommended it? No

I bought this swtich hoping to use it with my gigabit connected computers along with my 100mbit connected computers. I checked ahead of time, making sure the description for the product said it could work in a mixed speed network. What they didnt mention, is that if used in a mixed speed network...
