Can't get it to blend
Very nice looking blender and not a cheap one. I have had it about a year and have not been able to make a good breakfast drink with protein powder and frozen fruit or ice cubes. this is a great machine but totally unreliable. i would recommend it only for those who use a blender occasionally. the original part that connects the blades to the machine broke after 1 month. since then we have ordered/installed and had broken 5 parts! we make 2 smoothies every day and this item... Looks are there, but no guts
