Pretty good blender for soups but not for cocktails

Pros Easy to Use, Durable
Cons motor needs to be improved, under powered

We wanted a blender that could crush ice for margaritas. This blender advertised it could crush ice. However, the motor doesn't seem to be powerful enough to do so. Ici cubes still come out in big chunks.

Pros Powerful, easy to use. Good looking in most kitchens
Cons Some of the parts seem cheaply made - but are also cheap to replace.
Recommended it? Yes

Great performing, looking blender/food processor. I have used it several times a week for over 2 years and it can handle pretty much anything I put in it.

Pros It looks nice.
Cons Unreliable. Shoddy, cheap moving parts which require replacement often.
Recommended it? No

I received this appliance as a Christmas present two years ago. The food processor blades stripped out within the first six months. The blender blades stripped within a year. I have replaced both with little or no hassle.
