This is a great ice cream maker. It's easy to use and to clean. Just use you're favorite recipe and put the mix in the machine and let it churn for 20 minutes. For the price, an okay machine
I picked up this machine a year ago. So far, I have made about 7-8 batches of ice cream. It takes a little while getting used to how it makes ice cream (soft), but by the second or third batch, you will have the hang if it.
