Makes Great Sorbet and Ice Cream - If your freezer is cold enough
As much as we love Ice Cream and Gelato - It has way too much fat for our diet. So, we like to make our own - reducing or eliminating the fat (yes, that makes it a Sorbet).

i have had this maker for several years and have lent it out to friends. Everyone is very happy with the quality of ice cream and people I have lent it to have bought their own.
The bowl takes time to freeze and you gotta plan ahead as the ice cream is not firm when you are done making it...

Sturdy, easy to use machine
