THE CURRENT CHAMP (But expensive)

The griddler works as advertised, but the quality of the nonstick coating is not up to the standard I expected from Cuisinart. The nonstick coating started to show wear at the ends of the ridges of the lower grill plate.

Terrible customer service
My griddler did not work from day one. 6 calls to customer service with lots of run arounds has gotten me no where.
