Beep Beep....Coffee Time
I received the Cuisinart DBG-300BK as a holiday gift in December 2007. Having used the machine for a month, I am overall very satisfied with its performance, but there are a few areas which need improvement.
OVERALL:
The coffeemaker is only slightly larger than standard machines...

Was great in the begining
I received this coffee maker as a Christmas present from my mother in law, I was very happy with the performance of the coffee maker when I first started using it, after about 6 months it started to leak on occasion, now it acts funny taking a long time to make the coffee saying it's done when it's... Cheaply built!
I had this maker for a year or so and the plastic catch on the lid broke. Later, the plastic hinge on the top cracked as well. Cuisinart has chosen to use cheap plastic parts throughout this machine, and they are bound to fail. The catch on the top is crucial because the pot will not operate unless... Read full review »

The coffee that emerges from it is wonderful! If you start with good beans, you simply can't go wrong. The grinder only has one pre-set for grinding beans, so you can't make...

Best coffee! (with a few caveats)
If you're looking for the perfect cup of coffee in your own home, this is definitely the coffee maker for you. The beans are ground moments before brewing, the brewing process has been very well thought out, and the resulting coffee rivals that available at Starbucks or anywhere else.
It...

If you enjoy coffee, and I mean really enjoy coffee, then th
Laying in bed, barely aware of the sun making its first rays known to the new day, I hear in the distance the sweet sound of gleaming whole coffee beans being ground signifying the start of another glorious day.
The bottom line here is that I love coffee. And if I don't get a cup in the...
