Stopped dead

Looks great but doesn't last
Worked great for us for 3 years, then the grinder seized up. A couple of weeks ago, electronic problems started cropping up and then it failed altogether. Not much bang for the buck
I appreciate a good cup of coffee and it seemed like this Cuisinart auto grind would be superior by providing the freshest coffee. In practice it doesn't work for me at all.

Put water in coffee maker.
Close lid.
Press start (or timer).
Wait for beep.
Enjoy coffee.
