Not bad--not great
Made decent coffee and the price isn't bad for what you get. I got mine on sale for about $25.00 at Kohls (with a coupon).
The glass pot broke after about six months. It doesn't have an auto-shut off capability and the "on" switch is at a level where it can be easily bumped on by dishes...

Get a Braun or Krups instead
I've had problems with the drip-stop mechanism breaking on my Krups and Braun coffee makers. Nothing that affects the quality of the coffee, but causes drips and sizzles and a bit of a mess. Perfect mess maker!
INCREDIBLY STUPID DESIGN!
Basically, if you do not close the filter tightly the water/coffee does not drip down into the glass pot. The water accumulates in the filter and eventually overflows. The end result of the overflows is this wonderful mixture of hot liquid with floating coffee...

Great coffee, but finicky as all get-out
We bought ours less than six months ago because of a low sale price and presumed high quality (after all, it was a Cuisinart!). The coffee it made was great. I like this machine!
I've had my for over 6 mos. now. I really like it! It was inexpensive and I think it looks more expensive then it is. It has a nice design and the carafe is nice. Its easy to pour from but is a little hard to clean in some areas.
There aren't any bells and whistles like automatic on but...

I both love and hate this machine...
I am a coffee addict. No doubt about it - I drink coffee in ridiculous amounts. I own multiple coffeemakers - one at work (a Bunn), a couple at home (this one, as well as a Mr. Coffee brand), and a small espresso machine.

Not Bad, Some Flaws
I've had this coffee maker for a little over a year now, and there are pros and cons.
On the plus side, it makes a great pot of coffee, and relatively fast. Very important when you want a fresh cup of brew with as little hassle as possible in the morning. I guess the semi-sealed coffee...

No spills- always hot
My old Krups died- what a blessing - it was impossible not to spill the coffee when you poured. I found this item at Sam's warehouse for $26.00.
