ON / OFF Trigger issue
This seemed to be a great knife UNTIL after less than 3 years and less than 8 times using this knife, the on/off trigger broke at Thanksgiving dinner!
The 3 year warranty expires in a week. Support tells me it already expired and to fax proof. The first fax number I was given was disconnected...
