A fryer with many good features
Waring Pro DF100 deep fryer is a solid performer. My wife and I have shopped electric deep fryer for three years. The deep fryer was not a must for us because my wife has a deep frying pan, but would make our life easier if we have one.

Fry, baby, fry
This little fryer is great for two people. The first thing my husband made was pomme frites, delicious! The little basket hold just the right amount for us. Any bigger and I really feel like you would want to fill it up and totally ruin any sense of portion control.
