Reliable...for a while
I used the Royal 150 MX cross-cut shredder for four years in a light volume home-office environment. Though it was rated at 15 sheets, I typically fed only a few sheets at a time. Nice looking, but it won't hold up. Forget Warranty repairs.
I have had two of these new shredders and both failed. The automatic feature failed and I checked for Warranty procedures. The CUSTOMER must pay freight BOTH ways to ship for Warranty inspection and, hopefully, Warranty repairs. With the weight of this unit, it would be cheaper to just buy another... Read full review »
