Nice when it works, awful experience if it doesn't
I purchased this player in May 2007 and loved it for about six months; easy to use, sounded great. It never did interface correctly with my computer but I found some work-arounds to get music onto it.

do not buy
i bought one of these for my son for christmas 6 months ago. It froze up about 4 times now it just quit working at all.
