I've had this mp3 player for about 2 years, and I've never had a problem with it, it is pretty good on battery consumption, the sound quality is great (I use Griffin Earthumps) the volume is very nice with headphones, I'm not sure if that goes for a tape adapter or hooking it into a car stereo... The Creative Zen Nano 1GB MP3 Player is a great little player with a built in FM radio. I use it to listen to music and audio books during my daily commute in a vanpool. Inexpensive, great sound- but awkward
I have owned my Creative Technology ZEN Nano Plus for over 3 years. It has performed faithfully over that time period. Battery life is a minimum of 12 hours- although it could be more; I use rechargable batteries and recharge them nightly.
