Fantastic Functionality, Lackluster Design
I bought my Zen Sleek directly after it came out onto the market, because I'm a very loyal Creative customer. I've tried and own a slew of their products that I've accumulated over the years. Overall I would give the Zen Sleek an 7/10.

20GB Great Product! Nice Price.

Fantastic Device!
For the price, this is an excellent deal. If you don't need or want photo capability, but want a large-capacity MP3 player, this is an excellent choice. With the wrap-around aluminum case, styling is much nicer than some other Creative offerings.

Still has the dreaded audio problem
Just purchased it, great audio as expected, superb features for the price, as expected.
Sadly, left channel went silent within the first hour of use. apparently Creative has not figured out a way to firmly solder the audio jack to the board, touching the audio connector causes the audio...
