faulty motor, poor company support
The Bottom Line:
I do NOT recommend this spa due to the poor quality of the motor.
This motor went out 3 times, the third one started leaking, when I sent it back the company said they never received it, even though I had proof of delivery from ups. Credit card company (Chase) took their side and so I paid for a product I didn't even have any more. Temp starts at 102 degrees max and goes down to 95 degress within 15 minutes when jets are on. And this was moderate central coast of California weather! I sent video to the company showing the leak from the motor, and I even paid a plumber to come out and check it out and write me a letter saying it was a defective motor, but the company still did nothing about it after having replaced the motor twice already when it failed completely, Plus getting a real person on the phone was practically impossible. Call and leave a message and wait and hope somebody bothers to call back. This is an indictment of Chase, too: don't expect them to back up the consumer in a dispute! Even afteer faxing them proof of delivery from UPS when I returned the spa, they took the spa company's side and put the charge back on my card!!!
