Great pair of cheap headphones!
The CVH42 headphones were basically the cheapest headphones at my local store, and before I purchased some better headphones, I decided to get these while I saved up. It may not be the coolest looking headphones, but the sound quality is nice.

Cheap is Good

Not the brightest but definitely the cheapest
I got these with my MP3-CD player by Coby (which was awful). These headphones are okay. I've had better and worse. The bass is very good, but the mids and highs are pretty cheap.
