Holy Smokes! It Works!
I'd been thinking about getting a smoker for a long time; almost five minutes. You know that warning about not shopping when you are hungry? Well, its true! Standing there in WalMart I had been thinking about how wonderful it would be to smoke some choice ribs for memorial day.

Warning read this before you buy
This smoker is made in China. I followed all instructions, including to apply vegetable oil and let the smoker be fired up for two hours before attempting any cooking.
This resulted in big chunks of paint falling of the fire unit.

Smoker works great
I bought this product to both Smoke goodies and do regular Charcoal grilling. It works fairly well for both. The charcoal grilling is a bit touchy as there is no height adjustment for the cooking grates over that part of the grill. Smoking however went very well. I have done sausage bacon and even...
